I had reached a
point in my life where it was time to get back into
shape. I hadn’t been in the gym for a few years and
it was starting to show. Enter Allan Fine! When I
first contacted Allan, I wanted two things: to be
able to work out in my condo exercise room and not
have to spend a lot of time doing it. When we first
met, he asked me a lot of questions. He talked to
me about health and wellness as a package. His
philosophy is, exercise is only one component and if
you don’t feed your body a proper nutritional
balance, you could be wasting your time. Did I
mention he is also a nutritionist?
We started a 12
week program and every Friday we would work out and
then talk for a while about my eating plan. I won’t
call it a diet because it wasn’t. He just
rebalanced my carbs, protein, and fat intake. He
also provided software so I could track my daily
eating plan and my workouts. The results speak for
themselves. I’ve lost pounds and inches and I’m
amazed at how my body has responded. Allan is a
great motivator and his constant encouragement has
helped me get back on track and I’m never looking
back!
